Christelle Adam has been an associate in the firm’s competition and distribution law team since January 2021.
She advises and litigates for both French and foreign clients. Christelle advises and litigates on anti-competitive and restrictive practices, but also on issues related to the creation, development and litigation of distribution networks. She assists clients in the negotiation, drafting and performance of commercial contracts and their contentious issues. Christelle also assists clients in their compliance with personal data protection regulations and in the drafting of personal data protection policies and in litigation related to these issues.
She has also developed an expertise in setting up online businesses, in particular digital platforms, as well as in the regulations applicable to these platforms.
