Albane Lassabe joined JP Karsenty’s Intellectual Property team in 2024.
Thanks to her previous experience, in particular at the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), in chamber 5.2 dedicated to intellectual property at the Paris Court of Appeal, and in French and international “conseil en propriété industrielle” and IP law firms, recognised in rankings for their expertise, Albane has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the expectations of both the clients she assists and the courts and IP offices before which she appears.
Albane advises and litigates on behalf of French and foreign clients, particularly in patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition cases in a wide range of sectors (machines, pharmaceuticals, wine, textiles, cosmetics, digital, etc.).
She also advises on contractual matters (negotiation and drafting of commercial and transactional agreements) and assists companies with merger and acquisition due diligences.
