Clémence Colin joined the firm in 2011 and became a partner of JP Karsenty in 2017.
Clémence’s practice focuses on business law, and over the years she has focused on employment law, commercial real estate and contract law. She assists French and international clients operating in various sectors, in advisory and litigation matters, in relation with experts, institutional landlords and mediators.
Her training in French-Italian business law enabled her to develop experience in assisting Italian groups in the various areas of business law, in particular international brands representing Italian excellence in France.
Clémence has published articles in Italian legal journals and works with Italian employers’ organizations to advise their members willing to expand their presence on the French market.
Clémence is the Vice-President of the Labour Law Commission of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
