Lobna Boudiaf is an associate in intellectual property, new technologies, personal data and consumer law.
Lobna assists French and international clients in the development of their projects in relation to her areas of expertise. She acts both as counsel and as litigator.
She has developed a solid expertise in contractual and transactional matters (negotiation and drafting of various contracts (license, SaaS, cloud, services, sponsor, assignment, coexistence, transaction, carrying out of due diligences in the framework of financial operations with an IP or IT underlying)).
Lobna further advises the clients on regulatory issues related to their activity in France, in particular in relation to data protection, as well as in the development of their projects and online activities.
Her litigation practice is recognized, particularly in the fields of IP (patent law and soft IP), unfair competition, IT and consumer law before the French civil, criminal and commercial courts, as well as before the intellectual property offices in Europe.
Prior to joining JP Karsenty, Lobna was an associate in a renowned international law firm.
She also completed a one-and-a-half-year part-time secondment in the legal department of one of the world’s leading insurance and asset management groups. There she strengthened her practice in drafting and negotiating IT contracts in English (master, TA, SOW, amendment, etc.) in English.
