The firm advises legal professionals (lawyers, bailiffs, notaries), as well as accountants, auditors and, more generally, members of regulated professions, and health professionals. We defend them before their professional and regulatory bodies, both at the regional and national levels, in first instance and on appeal.
Thus, JP Karsenty intervenes as plaintiffs or defendants’ counsels, before regional and national disciplinary boards, the Ethics and Professional Duties Commissions, at all stages of the procedure, from the initial proceedings to the hearing, including conciliation and arbitration.
